    Job Description

    Pacin Levine, P.A., a fast growing Personal Injury litigation Law Firm in Florida is seeking an Insurance Adjuster with Florida Bodily Injury Claims experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Florida Bodily Injury Claims. Position offers a salary range of $50k to $75k depending on experience and skill set. Pacin Levine, P.A. also offers great benefits such as PTO, 401(k) with matching, health, dental, vision, and life insurance.     THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bilingual: English and Spanish
    • Bachelor's Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience in Personal Injury Protection coverage line.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
    • Demonstrate proficiency in file audits to agreed standard of efficient claims quality.
    • Has a solid command of the claims policies and procedures; exhibit basic interpretation of policies & procedures in resolving claims and suits.
    • Demonstrate the ability to interpret and apply written coverage accurately
    • Has solid understanding of how to review, evaluate, and how to assess exposure.
    • Demonstrate ability to handle litigation in accordance with each insurance companies policies and be able to recognize legal issues.
    • High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion.
    • Demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills.
    • Organization and time management skills are critical for this position.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of insurance law as it relates to claims and litigation.
    • Has the ability to think critically, solve problems, effectively communicate verbally and in writing, and embrace new challenges as they are presented.
    • Currently maintain a valid insurance adjusting license giving them authority to adjust claims in Florida.
