Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of contents pack-out and restoration projects in Lakeland, FL, US. • Collaborate with estimators to ensure accurate and timely project estimates are developed • Assist the Operations Manager in scheduling work for field crews and cleaning technicians • Ensure quality control by meeting project schedules and upholding company standards • Maintain precise records of all project work completed • Provide administrative services including energetic phone call responses, meeting scheduling, and visitor support • Contribute to process improvement by developing and implementing new procedures for enhanced efficiency • Keep regular communication with estimators, adjusters, and customers to update them on project progress • Act as a company representative in interactions with the public and other businesses • Assess field work scope and lead or assist in packing out when necessary • Execute tasks and duties assigned by management promptly • Support HR responsibilities, including onboarding procedures • Prepare daily project assignments efficiently Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must for effective interaction with team members, customers, and stakeholders • The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team is essential for successful project coordination • Strong organizational skills and effective time management are crucial to oversee contents pack-out, restoration, and pack-back processes • Attention to detail is key to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in project management tasks • Capability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, especially in challenging conditions like fire-damaged homes • A valid driver's license with a clean record is required, along with a willingness to use company or personal vehicle for travel • Previous experience in content-related roles is advantageous • Familiarity with Xactimate and iCat inventory software is a plus • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred for effective communication with a diverse range of individuals Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000
