We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Package / Mail Screener to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and shipments are carefully screened, inspected, and processed according to company policies and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, screen, and inspect all incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and shipments.

• Use scanning equipment, X-ray machines, and other tools to detect prohibited or restricted items.

• Verify shipping labels, addresses, and documentation for accuracy.

• Maintain accurate records of screened packages and shipments.

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and handling procedures.

• Report and escalate any suspicious or damaged items immediately.

• Assist with organizing, sorting, and distributing mail and packages within the facility.

• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in mailroom, warehouse, security, or logistics preferred (training provided).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift packages up to 50 lbs.

• Basic computer and scanning equipment knowledge.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
