Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced, fun environment? We're looking for Packagers & Assemblers to ensure our customers receive top-quality picture packages and photo gifts. If you take pride in your work, have a great eye for detail, and enjoy repetative tasks this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Do

• Perform a final quality check on picture packages and products to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Neatly and accurately package and assemble hundreds of daily orders for shipping.
• Identify and remove any prints or products that don't meet quality expectations, reporting issues to the Production Manager.
• Operate light machinery and handle various packaging and assembly tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and stay on track with the production schedule.
• Adapt quickly to new tasks, including occasional rush orders.
• Regularly lift boxes or packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Meet an average packaging pace of 600+ prints per hour.
• Communicate openly, respectfully, and effectively with your team and management.
• Support other duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

Skills & Abilities:

• Comfortable standing for the entirety of your shift
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and quick at alphabetizing
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous packaging or assembly experience is a plus!
