Packaging Express is a locally owned retail business that provides customers with their packaging, shipping and printing needs. We are currently looking for motivated, detailed oriented individuals that are available to work approximately 20 - 25 hours a week. Hours will vary between 8:30am to 6:30pm Monday - Friday and on Saturdays 9:00am to 2:00pm. Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Customer Service: Deliver excellent Customer Service through Customer Interaction and Quality Services. Receive packages and mail for Private Mailboxes. Process packages for shipping: Includes inputting information in the computer and helping the customer choose the best way to ship his/her package. Pack contents for shipping using correct procedures and products. Operate copiers, fax machines, laminating equipment and binding equipment. Help stock packaging materials and retail merchandise. Qualifications: Dependable and Punctual. Attention to Detail General Computer Skills (Microsoft Office a PLUS!) Ability to stand for long periods of time. Able to lift and carry up to 70lbs.
