  • Responsibilities

    Clear Colorado Group is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our manufacturing team in Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to build a career in the cannabis industry.

    As a Packaging Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring The Clear™ products are accurately packaged, labeled, and prepared according to quality and compliance standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Package, label, and prepare cannabis products for distribution
    • Perform quality control checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
    • Operate and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment
    • Complete production and work order documentation accurately
    • Organize and maintain work-in-progress (WIP) inventory areas
    • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
    • Support additional production and packaging activities as assigned

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Authorized to work in the United States
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado MED Badge
    • Basic computer skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
    • Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work effectively in a team environment
    • Ability to work M-F, 8:00am - 4:30pm

    Preferred

    • Previous packaging, manufacturing, or production experience
    • Cannabis industry packaging experience preferred
    • Experience operating industrial or automated equipment
    • Familiarity with quality control processes and compliance-driven environments

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
    • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements for extended periods
    • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
    • Ability to frequently use hands and fingers for packaging, labeling, and product handling
    • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
    • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and twist as needed in a production environment
    • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
