    Position Overview:

    Location: Hybrid/Remote

    Packback is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with a specific focus on closing enterprise-level contracts. There is a K12-focused version of this role and a Higher Education-focused version of this role; your application will provide eligibility for both.

    As A.I. is now mainstream in 2023, the demand for Packback is growing rather quickly. You will be part of a small team with a near greenfield territory that does not sell against any competition.

    To be eligible for this role, you must have prior experience selling to C-level individuals in an academic setting.

    Expectations include success in securing long-term enterprise-level contracts, readiness to travel (~20% of time), and a driven, empathetic, and goal-oriented approach. If you have a passion for education and a hunter mentality, this opportunity is a perfect match.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic New Business Development: Lead planning and execution of strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
    • Sophisticated Sales Execution: Navigate complex sales cycles to drive successful closures and foster lasting partnerships.
    • Lead Generation & Robust Pipeline Management: Apply best practices in creating and managing a robust pipeline.
    • High-Level Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with C-level leadership, crafting solutions through Packback's offerings.
    • Product Demonstrations & Consultations: Conduct professional product demos that articulate Packback's unique value.
    • Travel & Client Engagement: Travel up to 20% of the time to engage with prospects and clients.
    • Performance Reporting & Analysis: Provide accurate reporting on qualification of accounts and closing forecasts.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales for education technology.
    • Prior experience as an educator is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of the K-12 and Higher Education landscape.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Willingness to travel as required (up to 20% of time).
