Business Development Representative
The Packback Enterprise team works with education leaders interested in transforming their student and faculty engagement through inquiry based pedagogy via the adoption of Packback. As a key member of the team, the Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for initiating relationships with prospective partners and optimizing team interactions throughout the sales process. BDRs do this by identifying education executives who may benefit with the implementation of Packback, leveraging all resources to connect with qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for AICs- Academic Innovation Consultants (Enterprise Sales Executives) to meet and further advance those prospective relationships. Additionally, BDRs have the opportunity to assist throughout the sale in deal logistics, acquiring experience with a complete enterprise sales process. BDRs can expect to develop deep knowledge in the education industry as well as build skills related to sales practices.

Competitive salaries and room for professional growth. This role starts at a $45,000 base with monthly bonuses with $50,000 OTE, with potential for promotion to Account Executive (Strategy Consultant), with OTE in the range of $65k-$75k, after as early as 6 weeks of high performance
