Packer – Airline Beverage & Food Assembler

About the Role
We're hiring full-time team members to help prepare products for airline, e-commerce, and retail customers. Our company is a global leader in end-to-end airline catering and hospitality services, with over 75 years of industry experience and a growing footprint in convenience retail and subscription food service.

What You'll Do

• Assemble dry goods, beverages, and liquor items following standard procedures and assembly diagrams

• Sort, wrap, and pack airline dry goods, liquor, and equipment into airline carts per customer specifications

• Maintain production areas in compliance with HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customer sanitation standards

• Ensure accurate liquor inventory management and documentation

• Take on additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• No experience necessary — full training provided

• Must be able to read and understand basic diagrams and specifications in English

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy

• Comfortable adapting to frequent changes in specs and diagrams

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under time pressure

• Basic math skills

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for a full shift (8–12 hours)

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and push/pull up to 70 lbs

• Able to work occasionally in a 38°F cold room when required

• Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset

Schedule & Work Environment

• 24/7 operation — must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays, subject to shift bidding

• Full-time availability required, including weekends/holidays as needed

• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

• Must pass a background check

• Must be able to complete the application/orientation process in English

• This is a union position; union dues apply after 60 days
