Retro Bakery is a fast-growing Minnesota-based THC edible brand known for quality, consistency, and a nostalgic, fun vibe. We create gummies, chocolates, baked edibles, and more — all crafted with care. We're expanding our production team and looking for reliable, detail-oriented full-time Packers.
The Full-Time Packer plays a crucial role in both Manufacturing and Shipping/Fulfillment. You will be responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, and organizing products to ensure they meet quality standards and reach customers accurately and efficiently.
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work at a steady pace, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, compliant production environment.
Package finished THC edible products (gummies, chocolates, baked goods, etc.)
Accurately weigh, count, and inspect products before packaging
Label packages with correct compliance information, batch numbers, and dates
Maintain a clean, food-safe work area
Follow all Minnesota cannabis compliance and safety standards
Communicate any quality or equipment issues to supervisors
Pick and pack wholesale or retail orders accurately
Prepare boxes, apply shipping labels, and organize orders for pickup
Conduct inventory checks and restock packing supplies
Keep the fulfillment station clean and organized
Must be 21+
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs
High attention to detail and consistency
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Prior warehouse, production, or food-handling experience preferred (not required)
Full-time, typically 35–40 hours per week
Monday–Friday schedule (with occasional weekend availability, depending on production needs)
