SERVPRO – Annapolis, MD Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Pay: $19–$23 per hour + overtime opportunities
Position Overview
SERVPRO is looking for a dependable, hard-working Packout Technician to join our Contents and Packout team.
Our Packout team helps customers after fires, water damage, and other property losses by carefully packing, moving, cleaning, storing, and returning their personal belongings.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with a team, staying active, solving problems, and helping customers during difficult situations.
Previous restoration, moving, warehouse, cleaning, or construction experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
Pack and protect customers' personal belongings following water, fire, and other property damage
Carefully move furniture, boxes, electronics, artwork, and household contents
Inventory, photograph, label, and document items before they are removed from a property
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Transport contents between customer properties, our facility, and storage locations
Assist with cleaning and restoration of salvageable contents
Organize and maintain customer contents while in storage
Assist with packbacks and return customers' belongings to their homes or businesses
Help set up and break down jobs efficiently
Protect customers' homes and belongings while working
Maintain clean and organized trucks, equipment, warehouse, and work areas
Follow company procedures for handling fragile, valuable, or specialty items
Communicate professionally with customers and other team members
Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly
Help the team complete jobs efficiently and with a high level of care
Be available for overtime when workload and emergency jobs require it

Moving, restoration, warehouse, cleaning, construction, or similar experience is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to successfully complete applicable background and drug screening
