All shifts are available for hire, and premiums are available.

First Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 

2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. + $1/hr. 2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m 

Third Shift: 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. + $1.50 per hour pay

Starting pay is $18-$20 per hour. 

Wage rises on a yearly and skill-based basis 

Bonuses are paid out on a monthly basis based on plant productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate the thermoformer and packing equipment at a speed that meets or exceeds quality and production standards. 
• Assist with tooling and product changeovers, as well as common process issues. 
• Have enough supplies on hand for all line equipment to ensure continuous operation. 
• As fast as feasible, complete all required quality inspections and production reports. 
• All SOPs, safety regulations, and safe work practices must be followed. 
• Maintain a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace. 
• Provide relief to other team members as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• All of the required training for the position of Machine Operator
• An associate. (All training is provided by the employer.)
• Teamwork, cooperation, and communication abilities have been demonstrated. 
• Ability to lift 35 pounds is required. 
• A background as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is advantageous.
