ServiceMaster Restore is the national leader in Water and Fire Damage Restoration services. ServiceMaster of Cherry Hill, a growing ServiceMaster Restore franchise, is looking to hire a part-time Project Coordinator to coordinate restoration projects and provide additional administrative assistance in a fast-paced work environment. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating work on incoming jobs from intake through completion, and will work closely with our full-time Project Coordinator, Project Managers, accounting and collections team, customers, and insurance adjusters. This is a challenging position with many sequencing responsibilities that demand a process-oriented mindset. The Project Coordinator will answer calls, schedule technician crews, coordinate and schedule the work, follow up as necessary, and enter data into our databases and programs. The Project Coordinator will ensure that project documentation is complete and accurate, and the scope of work is performed in a timely manner, while controlling for costs. She or he will be responsible to meet quality and program standards.
Qualified candidates will have:
• High school diploma or GED, college experience or degree a plus
• Process-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe)
• Quick and accurate data entry skills
• Experience with Xactimate or other estimating software a big plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and pleasant phone manner
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Office experience in the Insurance, Restoration and/or Construction industries a plus
