We are data-driven, fast-paced, and focused on scaling our presence across the US market. We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and execution-focused Paid Media Buyer to join our growth team.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Paid Media Buyer with 5 years of hands-on experience to support our paid media efforts. In this role, you will work directly with the Paid Marketing Lead to execute, manage, and report on campaigns across a diverse media mix, including paid social, paid search, CTV, native, and mobile in-app advertising.

    This is not a passive role; you will be inside the ad accounts daily, uploading creatives, troubleshooting delivery issues, and analyzing performance data in Excel. This is an incredible opportunity for a marketer to gain deep exposure to a high-spend US D2C brand and sophisticated performance marketing strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Campaign Execution: Handle the day-to-day setup and trafficking of campaigns across multiple channels, specifically Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Snapchat, and Applovin/Axon.
    • Ad Operations: Ensure all ad creatives are uploaded correctly with the proper tracking parameters (UTMs) and verify that landing pages are functioning.
    • Reporting & Analysis: Compile weekly and ad-hoc performance reports using Microsoft Excel. You will assist in analyzing CPA, ROAS, and CTR to identify trends.
    • Troubleshooting: Monitor active campaigns to ensure they are spending their daily budgets and troubleshoot any disapproved ads or tracking errors.
    • Creative Feedback: Act as a bridge between data and creative by tagging top-performing ads and helping maintain our creative asset library.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Experience: 4+ years of proven, hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns. You must have experience actually pushing the buttons in the ad platforms, not just overseeing agencies.
    • Platform Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is required. Experience with Snapchat, TikTok, or mobile DSPs (Applovin/Axon) is a massive plus.
    • Excel Skills: You are comfortable working with data. You should know your way around VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and basic data formatting.
    • Attention to Detail: You double-check your work. Setting up the wrong budget or target audience can be costly, so precision is key.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are non-negotiable.

    Logistics & Requirements

    • Location: This role is fully remote.
    • Working Hours: You must be available for at least 4 hours of overlap with US working hours (PST) daily for meetings and collaboration.
    • Tech Requirements: You must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a backup power solution (e.g., UPS or inverter) to handle load shedding without interruption.
