    Job Description

    Your Impact

    • Own and execute paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, video, and mobile to drive client objectives (CPA, ROAS, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand engagement).
    • Serve as the Paid Media subject matter expert, partnering with internal teams (strategy, creative, analytics, content, accounts) and external media partners to develop and optimize campaigns.
    • Lead full campaign lifecycle including planning, creative briefing, setup, monitoring, optimization, analysis, reporting, and client communication.

    What Success Looks Like

    • Develop and present paid media strategies that align with client business objectives across both B2B and B2C audiences.
    • Optimize campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms to achieve target KPIs.
    • Build and analyze performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), identify trends, surface actionable insights, and recommend optimizations.
    • Manage budgets of $75K–$100K+ per month, ensuring accurate pacing and spend allocation across platforms.
    • Stay informed on paid media trends, attribution models, data analytics, and industry best practices to continuously improve client performance.
    • Collaborate with account leads to support client meetings and proactively address client concerns or opportunities.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of paid media experience, with deep expertise across paid search and paid social platforms.
    • Proven ability to successfully optimize campaigns to meet CPA, ROAS, ROI, and other key performance goals.
    • Strong platform expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Analytics.
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience developing detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
    • Experience managing paid media strategy, planning, buying, and performance analysis within a digital agency environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize competing deadlines, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to both internal teams and clients.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    Office Workplace Guidelines

    Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
