Role Overview As our Paid Search Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and the strategic leader behind their paid search success. You’ll manage Google and Bing Ads campaigns from ideation to reporting, optimizing for ROI, and continually pushing performance. This role blends client-facing collaboration with deep technical expertise across digital platforms, analytics, and paid media tools. You’ll succeed here if you are resourceful, highly analytical, and driven by results. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube. • Serve as the primary client contact, educating clients on strategy, performance, and campaign opportunities. • Create and present performance reports with key metrics like ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates. • Continuously optimize campaigns by testing keywords, bids, ad copy, and landing pages. • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure high-quality, conversion-optimized assets. • Analyze Google Analytics and other tools to inform data-driven decisions. • Suggest and implement new strategies to improve performance and reduce cost-per-lead. • Stay on top of industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge. • Assist with SEO or programmatic strategies when applicable. Qualifications: • 2–3 years of PPC experience managing Google/Meta campaigns (agency or multi-brand experience preferred). • Proven success managing ad budgets of $50k+ per month and $1M+ annually. • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube advertising. • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and Excel/Google Sheets. • Familiarity with additional analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude) is a plus. • Excellent communication skills—client-facing experience preferred. • Strong attention to detail and project management skills. • Passion for performance marketing, optimization, and continuous learning. Compensation: $80,000 Base + Bonus
