Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic media plans for integrated advertising campaigns across multiple channels
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning through optimization
Create media recommendations, POVs, and competitive analyses to drive performance
Analyze campaign metrics to surpass client KPIs and deliver measurable results
Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, sharing industry insights
Present actionable recommendations and performance insights to clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media reporting and develop compelling data visualizations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of experience in media planning or buying
2+ years of expertise in digital media, specifically paid social and paid search
Proven experience managing annual campaign budgets of $1M+
Skilled in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns
Expert in digital campaign management, optimization, and reporting
Strong analytical skills to enhance ROI through data-driven insights
Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and media research tools (e.g., Resonate, MRI, SQAD)
Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
