    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategic media plans for integrated advertising campaigns across multiple channels

    • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning through optimization

    • Create media recommendations, POVs, and competitive analyses to drive performance

    • Analyze campaign metrics to surpass client KPIs and deliver measurable results

    • Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, sharing industry insights

    • Present actionable recommendations and performance insights to clients

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media reporting and develop compelling data visualizations

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of experience in media planning or buying

    • 2+ years of expertise in digital media, specifically paid social and paid search

    • Proven experience managing annual campaign budgets of $1M+

    • Skilled in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns

    • Expert in digital campaign management, optimization, and reporting

    • Strong analytical skills to enhance ROI through data-driven insights

    • Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and media research tools (e.g., Resonate, MRI, SQAD)

    • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills

    • Bonus: Knowledge of AI’s impact on media buying and planning
