We are seeking a Paid Social Media Strategist with experience running complex paid social campaigns to plan, analyze, recommend and execute paid social media strategies to meet our clients' digital marketing goals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a proactive service to clients, maintaining and growing strong relationships, and supporting the growth of existing clients.
Platforms include: Meta LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and optimize paid social media strategies to achieve marketing goals for a variety of clients across multiple industries
- Understanding of client's budget and business goals as it relates to the bigger picture
- Client-facing and presenting to key stakeholders
- Recommend targeting strategies and develop audience lists for future campaigns
- Develop strong insights and turn data into actionable results. Deliver the story behind the data to key stakeholders
- Actively work with the data and analytics team to ensure tracking and reporting is acurate
- Stay abreast of paid social media trends and best practices to bring clients the best strategies and recommendations proactively
- Proofread and quality check with a fodus on accuracy and attention to detail
- understanding of high converting landing pages, upsells, LTV and associated areas to help drive ROAS
- Build and execute social media advertising funnels
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience-preferably in an agency
- Proficient with Meta Business Manager, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Technical understanding of social platform reporting tools
- Experience working with creative teams to provide creative direction, best practices, and the creative strategy needed to optimize paid campaigns
- Experience with Google Tag manager, Google Analytics
- Experience with Commerce Manager and setting up catalogs and product feed setup with 3rd party vendors, such as Feedonomics
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data analytics
- Strong working knowledge of how to market and communicate to specific client audiences across all mainstream social media channels
- Experience with running paid campaigns on social channels
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
