    Internship Overview

    The Preconstruction, Estimation & Procurement Intern will work closely with our Preconstruction, Estimation, and Procurement teams, supporting the planning, budgeting, pricing, and material coordination that occur before construction begins. This role provides hands-on exposure to how scope, cost, vendor selection, and purchasing decisions are coordinated in luxury residential construction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist with quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings

    Support the preparation of detailed cost estimates and preconstruction budgets

    Assist with procurement activities, including material pricing, vendor coordination, and quote tracking

    Help organize and compare vendor and subcontractor bids and proposals

    Support purchase order preparation and material tracking under team guidance

    Maintain organized digital files for estimates, drawings, specifications, and procurement records

    Participate in internal coordination meetings with design, estimating, procurement, and operations teams

    Gain exposure to how design decisions, lead times, and material selections impact cost and schedule

    What We’re Looking For

    Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Comfortable working with drawings, spreadsheets, and cost data

    Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

    Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external vendors
