Independent multi-specialty practice with 70+ providers in 9 outpatient clinics located in Central Florida. Full service comprehensive practice including specialists in Cardio, Endo, GI, Gyn, Pain Management, Neuro, Rheum, and Urology. State of the art facility within an adult community. Comprehensive primary care and specialists dedicated to a patient-quality care model.

Shareholder opportunity offering work / life balance! Join expanding a established team of 3 providers (1 physician and 2 APPs).  Outpatient clinic is Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, no weekends.

Requirements:

• BE/BC Pain Management
• Interventional Pain experience desired

Compensation:

• Shareholder equity (after 2 years w/buy-in)
• Guaranteed base salary
• Productivity incentive (up to 10% of base)
