    Job Title: Pain Management Provider (MD/DO ) Location: Venice, Florida Facility: The Heart Institute of Venice Employment Type: Full-Time

    Job Summary: The Heart Institute of Venice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pain Management Provider to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will specialize in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, performing pain management procedures when appropriate, and working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to improve patients’ quality of life.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Evaluate and diagnose patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.

    Develop and implement individualized pain management treatment plans.

    Perform or assist with pain management procedures such as injections, nerve blocks, and other interventional treatments (based on credentials).

    Prescribe medications responsibly in accordance with state and federal regulations.

    Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

    Educate patients on pain management strategies, lifestyle modifications, and treatment options.

    Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

    Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

    Qualifications:

    MD/DO, Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN), or Physician Assistant (PA) with specialization or experience in Pain Management.

    Valid Florida medical license.

    Board certification or fellowship training in Pain Management is preferred.

    Experience in interventional pain procedures is a plus.

    Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient communication skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
