    Position Overview:

    Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to join an established multispecialty practice in Brooklyn, NY. This role focuses on providing comprehensive pain management care to patients in a supportive and collaborative outpatient setting.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
    • Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license. Must be Board Certified.
    • Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience in Pain Management as a Nurse Practitioner.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in pain assessment, medication management, interventional pain procedures, and electronic health records.
    • Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and pain evaluations.
    • Develop and implement individualized pain management treatment plans.
    • Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with state and federal regulations.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
    • Educate patients and families on pain management strategies, lifestyle modifications, and treatment options.
    • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with practice standards and regulatory requirements.
