    Position Title: Pain Management Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $105,000–$145,000 annually

    Supporting patients through pain with thoughtful, individualized care!

    We at CCF Group, are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pain Management to join our growing clinical team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive, patient-centered pain management offering the opportunity to work closely with collaborating physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to evaluate, diagnose, and manage both chronic and acute pain conditions. Our team offers roles for Physician Assistants within long-term care settings based in Tulsa and/or Oklahoma City (OKC), as well as separate clinic-based PA positions located in Edmond, OK. Both roles include the added flexibility of completing charting remotely from the comfort of your own home or workspace. At CCF Group, we are looking for more than a licensed provider. We seek a PA or NP who values compassionate care, strong clinical judgment, and clear communication, especially when working with complex patients experiencing ongoing pain.     Responsibilities

    Perform comprehensive pain-focused evaluations, including detailed history-taking and physical examinations

    Assess and manage acute and chronic pain conditions

    Review, order, and interpret diagnostic tests and reports related to pain management

    Develop and implement individualized pain management treatment plans

    Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment options, expected outcomes, and pain management strategies

    Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as clinically indicated

    Document all medically relevant findings accurately and timely manner in the EMR

    Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals

    Qualifications

    Education & Licensure

    Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program

    Active, unrestricted PA or NP license in the State of Oklahoma

    National board certification:

    NP: FNP-BC or AGPCNP-BC

    PA: NCCPA certification

    DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)

    Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

    Experience & Skills

    Experience in pain management, primary care, geriatrics, internal medicine, or long-term care preferred

    Strong understanding of pain-related conditions and treatment modalities

    Proficiency in medical terminology, clinical assessment, and diagnostic interpretation

    Experience with medical charting and EMR systems

    Excellent bedside manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities

    Physical & Environmental Requirements

    Ability to see with corrective lenses and hear with or without assistance

    May be exposed to infectious or contagious diseases

    Frequent interaction with patients, caregivers, and facility staff

    Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary

    Position involves travel between facilities and patient homes

    Physical Demands

    Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching

    Ability to assist with patient mobility when necessary

    Ability to lift and carry up to 15–20 pounds
