Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Perform a wide range of medical duties, similar to a physician, but with physician supervision. Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

• Patient Care
  • Patient Assessment/Exams
  • Medical History
  • Interventional Pain Management Health Counseling
• Diagnosis and Treatment
  • Diagnosing
  • Developing Treatment Plans
  • Prescribing Medication and Therapies
• Interventional Pain Management Procedures
  • Trigger Point Injections
  • Joint Injections
  • Botox
  • Other Procedures as Trained and Approved
• Ordering Necessary Diagnostics or Consultations
  • MRI
  • X Ray
  • Other Testing as Needed IE: EMG/NCV
• Administrative Tasks
  • Documenting in Electronic Patient’s Chart
  • Maintaining Accurate and up to date medical records
  • Billing- Ensuring proper CPT codes are used to bill for services rendered
  • HER- Tebra- Previously Kareo
• All Other Duties as required for Patient Care

• Salary:

  $130,000 for 40 hours a week 5 days a week Full Time Position

  $62.50 an Hour Possibility to work 4 days a week

  Monday- Thursday 8AM- 5 PM

  Friday 645AM- 330PM
