Paint Line Operator oversees running the paint line. Some of the duties of the paint line operator are to check chemicals, troubleshoot any issues, run pretreatment, run powder coating, and perform coat changeovers.

• Day shift
• 12 hour rotation - 24/7 schedule
• $18/hr starting rate - increases to $24.41/hr upon hire
• Contract to hire position - not seasonal or temporary

Job Duties:

• Use of a fork truck
• Use of handheld tools and gauges
• Self sufficiency
• Perform changeovers
• On feet for extended amount of time
• Physical coordination to lift and move product
• Trainable with forklift truck
• Math ability, including conversions (English & Metric units)
• Ability to read, use and understand measuring devices
• Ability to understand machine computer functions
• Trainable with CNC, PLC controls and SPC documentation
• Ability to load material, perform changeovers, make needed adjustments during production and/or tooling changes on the Paint Line
