As a Touchup Paint Mixer, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, custom-mixing automotive paint colors using specialty paint toners. You’ll be part of a cutting-edge eCommerce company transforming a traditional business into a sophisticated digital marketing and manufacturing operation. Our 100% solar-powered facility in Millcreek produces odorless, environmentally friendly touchup paint for cars, motorcycles, appliances, and more under the Scratcheshappen.com brand.

What You’ll Do

• Mix custom paint orders using our advanced hardware and software system.
• Measure precise quantities of paint using a high-accuracy scale (0.1-gram weight precision).
• Collaborate with our filling, shipping, and assembly teams to ensure smooth production.
• Perform light cleanup and general organization of your work area.

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable individuals who take pride in their work.
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, walking, pouring paint, and lifting boxes up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Previous experience in paint mixing, automotive, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
