Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PPF Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in applying Paint Protection Film with precision and efficiency, ensuring flawless results that protect and enhance our clients’ vehicles. This role requires strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Expert installation of Paint Protection Film on a variety of vehicles (partial panels, full front, full-body applications).

Perform precise cutting, trimming, and alignment to ensure seamless finishes.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Inspect vehicles and ensure all PPF installations meet Prestige Auto Appearance quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and exceed client expectations.

Educate clients on PPF benefits, care, and maintenance when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2+ years of professional PPF installation experience (dealership or high-volume shop preferred).

Strong proficiency with hand-cutting, plotter-cut patterns, and bulk installs.

Knowledge of different PPF products, adhesives, and installation techniques.

Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Ceramic Coating, Window Tint, or Vinyl Wrap a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unique installation challenges.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods and work with hands in detailed positions.

Comfortable working in varying shop conditions.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
