    What You'll Do:

    • Learn & Grow on the Job – Work directly with experienced painters to develop skills in painting, surface prep, job site setup/cleanup, and professional communication.
    • Support Project Success – Assist with transporting materials, masking areas, setting up ladders, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.
    • Communicate & Collaborate – Interact with coworkers and clients professionally and respectfully.
    • Practice Safety Daily – Follow safety protocols and use PPE on-site to protect yourself and your team.
    • Absorb Everything – Observe, ask questions, and take initiative to learn all aspects of the painting trade.

    Apprentice Qualifications

    • A valid driver's license and personal car insurance
    • Ability to use and lift ladders up to 32 feet
    • Smartphone for communication and apps
    • Eagerness to learn and take direction
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    Physical & Work Environment Details

    • Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
    • Frequent walking, climbing, standing, kneeling, and manual labor
    • Work takes place at various locations and includes exposure to outdoor elements, dust, fumes, and chemicals (PPE required)
