What You'll Do:
- Learn & Grow on the Job – Work directly with experienced painters to develop skills in painting, surface prep, job site setup/cleanup, and professional communication.
- Support Project Success – Assist with transporting materials, masking areas, setting up ladders, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.
- Communicate & Collaborate – Interact with coworkers and clients professionally and respectfully.
- Practice Safety Daily – Follow safety protocols and use PPE on-site to protect yourself and your team.
- Absorb Everything – Observe, ask questions, and take initiative to learn all aspects of the painting trade.
Apprentice Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and personal car insurance
- Ability to use and lift ladders up to 32 feet
- Smartphone for communication and apps
- Eagerness to learn and take direction
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical & Work Environment Details
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
- Frequent walking, climbing, standing, kneeling, and manual labor
- Work takes place at various locations and includes exposure to outdoor elements, dust, fumes, and chemicals (PPE required)
