This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of light construction and finishing tasks. Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities • Interior and exterior painting • Drywall patching, taping, and texture • Basic carpentry and trim work • Caulking, touch-ups, and punch-list items • Minor repairs related to restoration projects • Job site cleanup and protection of client property Qualifications: Requirements • Experience in painting and general handyman work • Own basic tools and reliable transportation • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship • Professional behavior when working in clients’ homes Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
