Job description: Residential/Commercial Painter

Compensation & Perks

• W2 position | $14–$30/hour (based on experience)

• **New to the painting? Even better. We love to teach and our goal is to get you from $14/hr to $20+ in less than 1 year!

• Crew members earn Monthly profit-share bonuses when projects come in under budget. Top Performers earn upwards of $35/hour+

Schedule & Location

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Fridays: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• Based in Laramie, WY
• Occasional Weekends, Out of Town, and Graveyard shifts for specialty projects

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurable driving record
• Physically able to lift 45 lbs and work at heights
• Ability to work off ladders rated for 225 pounds
• Must reside within 60 minutes of Casper, WY

Responsibilities

• Prep, paint, and finish interiors and exteriors for residential and commercial projects
• Perform advanced techniques like cabinet painting and wallpaper removal
• Maintain clean, safe job sites
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients
• Deliver top-tier finishes with minimal callbacks
