Job Summary:

We are looking for a residential/commercial Painter! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting in a residential and light commercial setting.

You are an experienced residential and/or commercial painter. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service. A positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques

Interact professionally, evaluating requests, troubleshooting issues.

Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects

Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary

Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks

Inspect paint jobs for quality

Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment

Qualifications:

Extensive high quality experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair

have own tools is a huge perk

ability to work on your own

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift and carry 50-100lbs of equipment

experience repairing stucco

ability to replace sheetrock

experience staining concrete
