We are looking for an experienced Interior Painter to join GSO Maintenance, Inc. This position focuses on painting residential rental properties and homes being prepared for new tenants or sale.

Responsibilities:

Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces for painting

Patch nail holes, repair minor drywall damage, sand, caulk, and prime as needed

Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers when appropriate

Protect flooring, fixtures, and furniture during painting projects

Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Requirements:

Previous interior painting experience required

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders

Attention to detail and pride in quality work

Basic painting tools preferred
