    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    At Painters USA, the Operations Associate will support the Regional Vice President in planning and oversee the daily operations of the region to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Plans and organizes daily activities related to sales and operations.
    • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
    • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
    • Helps operations team maintain compliant with core processes
    • Examine project financial data and use them to improve profitability
    • Manage revenue & Gross profit forecasts
    • Monitor production KPIs
    • Support RVP in daily activities as directed
    • Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, and finance to ensure successful production operations.
    • Works with Field Operations to determine labor needs to meet production goals.
    • Assists with, or prepares and updates, organizations operations manual and policies.
    • Able to hold others accountable
    • Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
    • Provides oversight to other departments ensuring standard operating procedures are being execute.
    • Managing the maintenance of the office
    • Put bid package documents together, as needed
    • Performs other related duties as required.

    REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

    • Must be available to travel up to 75% for weeks at a time if required
    • Must be able to travel between offices, between Dallas 75% & Houston 25%
    • Excellent administrative and supervisory skills.
    • Knowledge of operations and construction management
    • Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals.
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Competent -Smart Phone & Tablets
    • Must be able to pass a drug and background test
    • Good verbal and written communications skills

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
    • Four years of related experience required.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Plus

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be able to lift up to 15-20 pounds at times.
    • Physical activity including, but not limit to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, pull and prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
