This position is based in the DALLAS-FORT WORTH METROPOLITAN AREA.

REQUIREMENTS:

· We are only looking to hire an experienced and proven contractor salesperson.

· If you have a painting or flooring background, can run take-off estimates and immediately hit the ground running, that is a huge plus.

· We would consider an experienced salesperson who sells other contracting services to the same commercial or industrial customer base that we sell to. We will train you coatings, but you need to be a proven fast learner. (Your lead contacts should have titles like, Property Manager, Facility Manager, Maintenance Manager, and EHS Director.)

· If you are a painting business owner who no longer wants to run the day-to-day operations and wants to concentrate on selling, look no further.

· We will also provide leads. But sales candidates must have a deep network and ability to self-generate leads and maintain relationships, because a large percentage of our business comes from repeat customers.
