However, very little time is "office time". This is a mobile on-the-go kind of job and a company vehicle is provided! Responsibilities: What You Do As a Project Manager: • Help customers prepare for their paint job. This includes constant communication, scheduling the start date, and understanding their needs and what is important to them. • Maintaining clear and thorough communication with our customers throughout the entire process of the job, and creating a lasting relationship with our clients. • Managing the production schedule to ensure jobs are delivered on time by coordinating with our painters, subcontractors, and customers. • Hiring, training, and managing painting crews with employee painting crews and working with subcontractors. • Resolving any and all customer complaints or issues that arise - going above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer experience. • Providing an amazing experience for our clients. • Ensuring jobs are being done correctly, timely, with clean job sites. • Managing and maintaining profit margins and efficiency on each job. Qualifications: Skills and Requirements : • Minimum of 1 - 2 years construction management experience • A preference towards customer service and delivering an amazing experience for people - you pride yourself on your ability to serve people. • You love relationships and people - both your clients and the people you work with. • Leadership - you do value your relationships, but also know when to be a boss and leader. • You're a great problem solver - you thrive when presented with a problem and love to find solutions. • You have strong communication skills and empathy. • Strong organizational and time management skills - you thrive when things are "in order" but can always bring order to a situation that doesn't have it. • Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel - and technology in general. • Comfortable working "in the field" and spending time in your car, on job sites, and meeting with clients and employees. This is a fast-paced and interactive role. Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000 yearly Salary + Commission
