In this role, you'll oversee every aspect of each project, ensuring it’s completed accurately, to the highest standard, and—most importantly—on time. Project Planning and Scheduling • Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members to align expectations and establish timelines. • Coordinate subcontractors, painters, and laborers to ensure the workforce is optimized for project timelines. 2. Client Communication and Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Address client concerns promptly, manage change orders professionally, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Jobsite Coordination and Supervision • Oversee daily field operations for multiple painting crews working on interior and exterior surfaces. • Ensure proper surface preparation (e.g., sanding, patching, priming) and verify appropriate paint systems and techniques are being used for different substrates (e.g., drywall, brick, wood, stucco). • Monitor weather and environmental conditions for exterior work to ensure safety and paint performance. 4. Quality Control and Compliance • Ensure initial and close-out procedures are followed, including walkthroughs, punch lists, final inspection, customer sign-off, and warranty handoffs. • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and company expectations. • Verify that proper materials, colors, and finishes are applied in accordance with specifications and manufacturer guidelines. • Enforce safety regulations (OSHA) and proper handling of paints, solvents, and equipment. 5. Budget and Resource Management • Track project costs against estimates and manage budgets proactively. • Approve material purchases, monitor inventory usage, and minimize waste or overages. • Coordinate subcontractors, painters, and laborers to ensure the workforce is optimized for project timelines. 6. Documentation and Reporting • Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, estimates, project changes, and job progress. • Generate progress reports and provide updates to clients and company leadership. • Ensure start and close-out procedures are followed, including before/after photos, client walkthroughs, progress reports, punch lists, client sign-off, and warranty handoffs are completed. • Submit project completion reports and client sign-off forms, including photos of progress (before/after). 6. Leadership and Team Development • Lead, mentor, and motivate crew leaders and painters to foster a positive and efficient work culture. • Provide on-the-job training and encourage adherence to professional standards in conduct and craftsmanship. • Address performance issues and uphold accountability. • Qualifications: • Previous experience in home services or painting companies. • Bilingual (English/Spanish). • Strong organizational, time management, leadership, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Knowledge of painting techniques and materials. • Proficiency in project management software. Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
