Responsibilities:

Execute sales appointments and work with property owners on their projects

Identify prospective clients within the company's target market and cultivate relationships

Generate leads through networking, customer referrals, and online marketing

Manage relationships and sales pipeline within company CRM

Communicate quickly and clearly with clients and prospects

Manage customer expectations

Requirements:

Ability to set goals and obtain them by acquiring new business
