    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ● Deliver legendary service in daily customer contact

    ● Prospect new and existing customer network for business opportunities

    ● Manage daily shipments and make sure they pick up and deliver as scheduled

    ● Be honest and proactive in your communication to customers

    ● Work with dynamic team to solve logistical puzzles

    ● Negotiate shipping rates with customers

    ● Utilize industry leading CRM and TMS software to manage customer interactions

    ● Drink lots of coffee

    QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

    ● Others tell you your organizational skills are awesome

    ● Love working on multiple things

    ● Enjoy seeking opportunities through problem solving

    ● Passionate about rapport and relationship building to achieve results

    ● Quick decision making to adapt to changing environments is easy

    ● Enjoy being a team player

    ● Love to hustle, learn, and think on your feet

    ● Familiarity operating within a CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot

    ● College Degree preferred

    ● Two (2) or more years of experience in sales/account management preferred
