  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist top-producing luxury agent and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the agent and clientele, screening messages and notifying the agent of important information, and overseeing schedules and travel arrangements. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data, ordering office equipment, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Responsibilities: • Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements • Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details • Complete elementary bookkeeping tasks for the broker • Complete administrative duties, like picking up orders, or other tasks as needed • Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential • Function as the main point of contact for the agent Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines • 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position • High school diploma or equivalent required • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service • Familiar with Google Workspace Compensation: $54,000
