Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Provide inpatient consultative services for palliative care patients, including symptom management and goals-of-care discussions
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated, patient-focused plan of care
Support smooth care transitions and promote respect for patients' preferences and values
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and optimize use of healthcare resources
Contribute to daily team operations and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
Board Certification in area of specialty (required); Palliative Care certification preferred
DEA and controlled substance registration (required)
Inpatient, hospitalist, acute, or critical care experience strongly preferred

Compensation: Pay Range: $104,416-$144,102 annual salary (Compensation is determined based on years of experience as an advanced practice provider).
