Overview
The Children's Aquatics Supervisor's primary responsibility is to grow and monitor all children's aquatics programs at Christi's Fitness. This includes all Swim America accredited group classes and private swimming lessons. Additional responsibilities include assisting with customer service, helping prospective members and existing club members while on the pool deck or in the water, in addition to teaching several classes per week.

15-20 hours per week.
Create the TSI Environment
Models the core attributes of a successful employee with the utmost integrity, lives the mission and empowers others to do the same; focused on building meaningful relationships with members, their kids, and team members.
Responsibilities include:
Partnering with a club team to ensure high levels of customer service and a consistently clean club
Complete all required daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Follow up on all established action plans and timelines
Proactively communicate with the CSM, GM if no CSM and BM/BD, as necessary, regarding any major concerns about pool operations
Build a High Performing Team
Actively facilitates self and team member development; constantly seeking new ways to build skills and competency; elevates the brand experience.
Responsibilities include:
Creating an environment where employees thrive and look forward to coming to work.
Sourcing, recruiting and on-boarding qualified team members.
Delivering relevant and effective coaching, training, feedback, and performance management directly to team members.
Support GM with building and developing high performing teams focused on delivering a legendary quality member experience while creating an environment of trust, mutual respect and genuine concern for individual growth and development
Support GM to ensure the club is staffed with high-level talent by recruiting, training retaining and developing a team of lifeguards and assistant PM’s as needed.
Support GM with managing day to day performance of all club team members providing timely, consistent and action-oriented feedback that supports TSI’s mission, value and guiding principles and delivering behavioral change for desired results.
Achieve Measurable Results
Meets and exceeds company goals and metrics surrounding employees and members; never satisfied with the status quo.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
SWIM AMERICA Level 1 Certification (Preferred)
Recognize emergencies and respond effectively, completing necessary incident/accident reports
Enforce facility policies, rules, and regulations
Inspect pool on a daily schedule, ensuring safety and cleanliness
