The Fitness Manager is responsible for the growth and operation of the club's fitness program, including Personal Training sales and revenue. The fitness manager is responsible for developing personal trainers and sustaining a top flight fitness program. Sales will be generated by conducting Fitness Consultations with all new members, engaging with current members, referral programs, and corporate events.
