Our Sports Clubs for Kids programs along with our Coach’s attention, enthusiasm and creativity sets us apart. Sports Clubs for Kids provides an extremely fun, active, upbeat and motivating atmosphere where we get kids moving and every kid’s an athlete! The Youth Fitness Coach position allows our members to focus on their fitness goals by providing a safe place for their children to participate in a program that is interactive and developmentally appropriate just for them! Most importantly it’s fun! We get kids moving and they want to come back. The Youth Fitness Coach role achieves success through embodying our core competencies (Create the TSI Environment, Build a High Performing Team, Achieve Measurable Results).

What we expect from you:

Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!).

Provide outstanding member experience and customer service.

Smiling is your favorite! And you like to make others smile as well.

You’ll fit in here if...

You enjoy being a goofball and love giving high-5’s!

You have a background in fitness. (Athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science,kinesiology, or a related field.)

You have prior experience working with children such as teacher, sports camps, or similar.

Kids really like you, and their parents do too!

You work hard, play hard! You love to have fun, but know when there’s work to do.

You are looking to make a difference in kid’s lives.

You have above-average energy and people often refer to you as the Energizer Bunny.

You will think your job is awesome because...
