The General Manager will oversee all aspects of their club's operations; including but not limited to New Membership Sales, Marketing, Personal Training, Group Fitness, Customer Service, and Facility Management. The General Manager must model the core attributes of a successful employee with the utmost integrity and work ethic, lives the mission of fitness in their personal life, and builds successful and meaningful relationships with staff and members. Through constant training and development, the General Manager is thoroughly invested in the personal and professional growth of their team members, thereby constantly elevating the brand of Palm Beach Sports Club. Finally, and most importantly, the General Manager must regularly meet and exceed company goals and performance metrics from the positional, departmental, and club level.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of management experience in a fitness, hospitality or retail environment, including direct experience in profit and loss management, revenue generation and people management.

Physical demands include ability to regularly walk through all areas of the club, and bending and lifting (e.g., picking up towels, re-stacking of weights, moving of equipment as necessary).

Able to work a full-time flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends and 12-hour close-out shifts.

BA or BS degree (preferred).
