Palm Beach Tan is looking for Part Time SALES PEOPLE!

Currently we have 5 locations in Sonoma County - Windsor, 2 in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and Petaluma.

You must:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Be highly motivated to set and achieve sales goals
• Thrive in a commission-driven environment

Responsibilities:

• Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Proactively building loyalty and long term relationships with customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability including nights & weekends
• Customer service experience focused
• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
• Polished professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7 hours per day

Compensation:

• $15 per hour plus commissions and monthly bonuses, with $1,000 signing bonus.
