    PALM BEACH TAN IS HIRING FULL-TIME MANAGEMENT POSITIONS!40-42 hours per week with a flexible schedule & great atmosphere/team setting!

    Responsibilities:

    Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention

    Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly

    Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner

    Proactively building loyalty and long term relationships with customers

    Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing

    Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts

    Maintaining a clean and organized salon

    Cash handling, opening/closing business

    Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma, or equivalent

    Customer service experience

    One or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends

    Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals

    Proven customer service experience

    Polished professional appearance

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    Attention to detail and organization

    Ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per day
