Salary Range: $104,000 - $112,000

With a 68-bed capacity, we specialize in a range of medical services including orthopedics, cardiology, and emergency medicine. The Role:
As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee all patient care activities, ensuring excellence in nursing services 24/7. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing care plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring our services comply with all regulations. This role is more than a job; it's an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and oversee the implementation of nursing care plans.
• Coordinate the nursing service with various departments for optimal patient care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Promote professional development and maintain high standards of care.

Who You Are:

• A compassionate leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina or have a Compact State RN License.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
• Experienced with at least 2-3 years in a nursing role and 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Knowledgeable about State and Federal regulations in Nursing Homes (preferred).
