    Role Overview: As a pivotal member of our pharmacy team, you will assist the Pharmacy Director in elevating our pharmacy operations to new heights. This includes managing medication therapy, leading inventory control efforts, educating our medical staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your role is critical in shaping our pharmacy services to achieve the best patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication management across all patient services.
    • Drive educational initiatives on drug therapy and pharmaceutical care for staff and patients.
    • Spearhead the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, and play a crucial role in Infection Control and Antibiotic Stewardship.
    • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, state, and federal guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of pharmacy practice.
