Job Summary: The Director of the Emergency Services Department is a pivotal role at our facility, overseeing service, growth, and ensuring high-quality patient care within the Emergency Department.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Nursing.
• Preferably a Master's in a related field.
• 3+ years in emergency services.
• 3+ years in a leadership role or equivalent.
• Necessary state licensure.
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, ENPC, BLS.

Additional Info: Candidates should have robust experience as a Director of ED. Our facility boasts a Level 1 Comprehensive Stroke center, 25 ER Beds, and 490 Hospital Beds. The chosen candidate will be overseeing 114 FTEs and will be reporting directly to the CNO.
