    Salary Range: $91,936.00 to $124,176.00
    Type: Full-time, Onsite
    Reports to: Director of Pharmacy (DOP)

    Position Summary:
    As a Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator, you will assist the Director of Pharmacy in ensuring the highest quality of pharmaceutical care. This role involves overseeing medication therapies, inventory control, staff education, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a pivotal role in fostering interdepartmental collaboration and enhancing patient outcomes through effective medication management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the safe and effective use of medications across all patient demographics.
    • Lead and participate in Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee activities.
    • Drive the pharmacy's role in Infection Control and Antibiotic Stewardship.
    • Manage and train pharmacy staff to maintain the highest level of service.

    Qualifications:

    • Must hold a Pharmacist license in West Virginia.
    • Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy; Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.
    • Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to operate independently.
    • Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.
